It helps if you draw your map as you go along
Zork is very frustrating and I do not know why would anyone want to play this game. I was going in circles and I killed myself three times. Lucky for me I had a knife and a sword.
I've heard drawling a map while you go along is the only way to do it.
is there any goal to the game or do you just basically aimlessly follow directions around the forest?
As I commented on someone else's post, try to visualize the scene that the game gives you.
